BRANDT Announces Leadership Transition in Customer Service Department

Springfield, IL (April 24, 2024) - BRANDT, a leading retailer of professional agriculture services and manufacturer of specialty input products, announces a transition within the company’s customer service function, aligning with the company’s customer-first culture.

After over 33 years of remarkable service, Pam Jackson, Director of Customer Service, will retire on April 26. Pam has been a pivotal figure in developing and leading our customer service teams in Fresno, CA and Springfield, IL. Her dedication has been instrumental in fostering our growth while supporting our sales team and their customers.

Carissa Pfeiffer will assume the role of Director of Customer Service. Based in Springfield, IL, Carissa brings 16 years of experience within BRANDT’s customer service department, having demonstrated exceptional capability in supporting our sales team and managing customer relations. Her leadership will enhance the coordination and effectiveness of our customer service teams in Springfield and Fresno.
