BRANDT Announces Changes within Human Resources Department

Springfield, IL - March 26, 2024 – BRANDT, a leading retailer of professional agriculture services and manufacturer of specialty input products, announces a series of changes within the company’s human resources function to support the company’s growth and constantly expanding Team BRANDT.

After 16 years of service, Lisa Sullivan, BRANDT Corporate Human Resources Director, will retire effective March 29. Sullivan’s tenure at Team BRANDT has been marked by significant contributions to the company's growth and development, particularly through her role in acquisition integration and building a supportive workplace culture.

This triggers a series of promotions within the BRANDT Human Resources department.

Laura Davis is being promoted to Corporate Human Resources Director. Based in Springfield, IL, Davis brings over three years of experience with BRANDT and a wealth of HR expertise. Davis’ dedication and proven track record make her well-suited to assume the responsibilities of directing and coordinating the HR Team, ensuring continued growth and development within the organization.

Chris Linhares, with over eight years of service at BRANDT and 17 years of HR experience, will be elevated to the role of Manufacturing Human Resources Director. Linhares’ leadership at the Fresno and Visalia, California locations has been instrumental in creating a positive workplace culture and driving employee development. With his promotion, Chris will expand his responsibilities to include oversight of the Pleasant Plains, Illinois location and the upcoming Aurora, Nebraska location, further solidifying his commitment to the company's success.

Jill Cravens, who joined Team BRANDT in 2020 as a customer service representative before transitioning to the HR Team in 2023, will be promoted to the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist. Cravens' extensive HR experience and exceptional people skills make her an invaluable asset to the organization.

All the promotions will be effective on March 29.
