BRANDT Bolsters Board of Directors With Appointment of Agribusiness Leader
David Delaney, former EVP and COO of PotashCorp, Joins BRANDT Board
Springfield, Illinois (26 April 2017) – BRANDT today announced the appointment of another industry veteran to its board of directors. G. David Delaney, most recently EVP and Chief Operating Officer of PotashCorp, will bring more than 30 years of experience in global agriculture and chemicals to the BRANDT organization.

Joining 12 other directors, Delaney was elected today by the BRANDT shareholders at their annual meeting.
Delaney boasts a history of driving growth and transforming businesses. He spent more than 20 years at PotashCorp, working most recently as COO of the $7.2 billion fertilizer enterprise with responsibility across operations including all of Potash’s business segments. Before that role, he was President, Sales where he led the centralization of the global sales function.

Board committee responsibilities are still being determined for Delaney.

Delaney is active on a number of boards and industry groups. He has served as chairman of the Fluid Fertilizer Association and Phosphate Chemicals Expert Association; he was director for the International Plant Nutrition Institute.
Delaney resides in Lake Forest, Illinois with his wife Kelley and three daughters.
