BRANDT Bolsters Legal Team with Associate General Counsel
Sarah Anderson Joins BRANDT Legal Team in Tampa Headquarters
TAMPA, Florida (1 March 2023) – BRANDT, a leading agriculture retailer and manufacturer of specialty agriculture products, has added Sarah Anderson to its Tampa-based legal team as Associate General Counsel.
In her new role, Anderson will focus on BRANDT’s international business, new ventures and affiliated companies.
“I am looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and engaging with the leadership at BRANDT: It’s exciting to join such a fast-growing, family business,” said Anderson. “I’ve been at a private, B2B business so this will allow me to apply my experience and continue to tackle complex issues.”
Anderson starts at BRANDT on March 1. She will report to R. Lee Allen, BRANDT Chief Legal Officer.

Anderson joins BRANDT with a deep and varied legal career. She was most recently associate general counsel at Tampa-based Hendry Marine Industries. Before that, she was a senior associate in private practice. Earlier in her career she clerked for some of Florida’s most prominent federal judges and worked on landmark product liability cases involving the country’s largest tobacco companies.
Anderson holds a B.S. in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University where she played Division 1 lacrosse; she earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, summa cum laude.
