BRANDT Builds EH&S Team
(December 4, 2023) BRANDT, a global manufacturer of specialty agriculture products and a Midwestern retailer of agronomic services, has added Thomas Cuadros to its EH&S team. Caudros will take on the new role of Regional EH&S Manager, focusing on ensuring safety, instilling safe processes & procedures, and building a safety culture at all BRANDT operations in the Fresno, CA area.
In his new role, Caudros will report to Rick Cathcart, BRANDT VP of Environmental, Health & Safety.

Tom has hard-to-find experience within the agriculture and associated industries which will allow him to quickly integrate his knowledge and success into BRANDT,” said Cathcart. “His attitude, positive approach, and commitment to safety will favorably impact our fellow employees.”
Caudros has worked in safety for more than 20 years, with extensive experience and expertise in Environmental Health & Safety at B2B manufacturing plants. He was most recently an EH&S manager at Grundfos Pumps.
Caudros has a BS in business administration from California State University Fresno. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
