BRANDT Hires Senior Agronomist to Support Specialty Formulations Group
SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (October 25, 2018) – Brad Walker has joined BRANDT’s Specialty Formulations team as a senior agronomist reporting to Brian Haschemeyer, Director of Discovery and Innovation. Brad will be based in Windsor, CO.
Brad has more than 26 years of crop consulting experience and served as director of research and agronomy for Centennial Ag Supply before joining BRANDT. His primary responsibilities in this new position will include technical training, education, development and technical sales support for the company’s nutrition, sustainable and adjuvant product lines. He will also oversee field trials that support new product development, sales and marketing efforts.

Brad is a Certified Crop Advisor and an expert in soil fertility, nutrient management, insect and disease management and irrigation. He is a member of the American Society of Agronomy, National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants, and Independent Agricultural Consultants of Colorado. He holds a B.S. degree in Soil Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
