BRANDT Promotes Two to Build Sales Operations
Springfield, Illinois (February 27, 2025) – BRANDT, a leading agriculture retailer and manufacturer of specialty input products, has made two key promotions within its Specialty Formulations business to enhance its sales operations effectiveness and efficiency.
Tracy Starich has been promoted to Director of Sales Operations, West and Katherine Williams has been promoted to Director of Sales Operations, East. These new roles will focus on supporting business needs, managing sales programs and driving sales forecasting.
Starich has been an integral part of BRANDT’s western region team for over 11 years, focusing on sales and logistic coordination. Her extensive industry knowledge and strategic mindset will be instrumental in strengthening sales operations in the western US.
Williams has been with BRANDT for 17 years, previously serving as programs and product manager. She has built strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, making her well-equipped to lead sales operations in the East and drive efficiency within the sales team.
