BRANDT Welcomes Former Bank CFO as Accountant on its Corporate Staff

SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (18 May 2020) – BRANDT, a leading agriculture retailer and manufacturer of specialty agriculture products, has named Morgan Beck as corporate accounting manager. Beck joins the BRANDT corporate staff in the company’s Springfield, IL headquarters office.  

Beck comes to BRANDT after 15 years at Security Bank in Springfield, IL and a year as a staff accountant at Norman Backues & Associates. She held multiple management positions at the bank, most recently chief financial officer. She was CFO for the past three years. Before that, she was a VP in charge of enterprise risk.

“I’m looking forward to getting to work at BRANDT,” said Beck. “I’ve been around Springfield my whole life and I’ve watched BRANDT grow and seen the company take an active, positive role in the community.”

Beck will report to Courtney Bressan, BRANDT Controller. All administrative functions report to Joe Brummel, EVP and Chief Financial Officer of BRANDT.

Beck lives in Sherman, IL with her husband and two young daughters. She is a CPA; she holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Springfield.
