BRANDT Welcomes New Plant Manager in Lexington, IL

SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (26 March 2020) – BRANDT, a leading agriculture retailer and manufacturer of specialty agriculture products, has named Andy Killian as manager of the BRANDT Lexington, IL retail agronomy plant.

Killian comes to BRANDT after ten years as a crop specialist at Piatt County FS. He holds a B.S. in Agronomy Management from Illinois State University. With planting just around the corner, Killian is jumping into his new role serving local growers and managing the plant’s team immediately.

“BRANDT has the reputation for high quality and customer focus, and I’ve seen that already. There’s a heck of a crew already in place at Lexington; it’s an impressive team,” said Killian. “I grew up in Lexington and this opportunity allows me to come home. I’m super excited to join the BRANDT Team.”

Killian, his wife and two daughters live in Lexington. He also farms corn and soybeans with his father and brother in the Lexington area.
