Fuchs Named Manager at BRANDT Niantic Location
SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (15 May 2017) – Glenn Fuchs has been promoted to manager of the BRANDT retail agronomy location in Niantic, IL. Fuchs succeeds JD Waters, who is retiring after four years with BRANDT.
“I’ve been with BRANDT for nearly 20 years and I’m thrilled to take on this new challenge,” said Fuchs. “We have great customers—and a fantastic team—at Niantic. I’m really looking forward to helping get this year’s crop in and working with the entire BRANDT team to build the business in Niantic.”
Fuchs joined BRANDT in October, 1999, as an operator/applicator at the New Berlin location. He has also always been involved with sales. For the past five years, Fuchs has been a BRANDT Field Advisor, working with customers out of the Greenview, Lincoln, Oakford and Williamsville locations.
“I’m eager to see what Glenn will do as a plant manager,” said Tim McArdle, COO and General Manager of the BRANDT Retail Ag division. “He’s been a valuable member of our team for a long time and I’m sure he’ll seize this opportunity to help provide the best service to our customers and to grow our business.”
Fuchs attended Southern Illinois University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Economics.
