TAMPA, Fla. May 4, 2026 – At their regularly scheduled annual meeting, the shareholders of BRANDT, Inc. have elected Corey Yraguen to its board of directors. Yraguen, President of Tampa-based Precision Build, brings deep experience in creating, managing and building companies to the BRANDT board.

“Corey is a real entrepreneur who will contribute a wealth of B2B business expertise to the BRANDT board,” said Rick Brandt, President and CEO of BRANDT. “He’s been leading industrial businesses for more than 30 years: He understands how to navigate tough business cycles, find new opportunities and galvanize a team. Corey will help us think differently as an organization.”

Yraguen was elected to a one-year term by the BRANDT shareholders. He joins an established board of 13 other directors and one consultant.

Precision Build fabricates complex structural steel, erects sophisticated steel construction projects, and builds shop-built and field-erected tanks. Precision Build serves markets across North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean primarily in the aerospace, agriculture, infrastructure and energy industries.

“I’ve known BRANDT for nearly a decade now and I am thrilled to join the BRANDT board,” Yraguen said. “Rick Brandt is a significant shareholder of Precision Build, so I’ve seen how he leads and I admire his entrepreneurial approach. He and I share a passion for creating, acquiring and building. I look forward to bringing my experience to an already successful company.”

Before joining Precision Build, Yraguen was an EVP with Vigor Industrial, a shipbuilder in Portland, OR, where he led the company’s fabrication business segment. Previously he was the president of Oregon Iron Works, president and CEO of US Barge and the general manager of Valmont Industries. He started his career at Pacific States Galvanizing.
