The photo on the right shows blackberries 5 days after harvest, stored at room temperature.
Blackberries treated with BRANDT GlucoPro were larger, had much less mold (Botrytis) and no shrinkage or leakage. The mechanism of action on BRANDT GlucoPro releases sugars that are bound to lectin proteins in the cell vacuoles. This improves cell turgidity and results in larger, firmer fruit while maintaining or improving brix levels.
